Relife NW creates space for refugee women and their families to flourish through relational mentorship, coaching, and community connection.

Filling the Gap
When refugee women arrive in the Pacific Northwest, resettlement services provide short-term safety and basic needs, but often end within a year, leaving many without the ongoing mentorship, guidance, and community connections needed to fully rebuild their lives and thrive.
Relife NW fills this gap by providing this long-term, relational support, helping refugee women and their families build empowerment, belonging, and self-sufficiency.
Supporting Relife NW means standing alongside these women and their families as they move beyond resettlement into lives of hope, dignity, and lasting impact.
Currently, this ministry walks closely with four families—19 individuals in total—with plans to welcome one or two new families each year as support grows.

From Survival to Strength: A Refugee Mother’s Journey
A young refugee mother arrived in the U.S. with her husband and two toddlers, unable to drive, speak English, or access needed dental care. We built a friendship, helping her learn English, navigate healthcare, and gain confidence behind the wheel. Over time, she received donated dental work, purchased a home, opened a licensed daycare, and, with a micro-grant, launched a bread-baking business.
We recently supported her through hundreds of hours of study, and she has now received her U.S. citizenship! Today, we continue walking with her as she raises four children, co-manages a home business, and builds a new life in the U.S.
